Clinics’ own 2026 price lists put porcelain veneers in Colombia at roughly $249 to $490 per tooth in Medellín, or 800,000 to 1,600,000 Colombian pesos (COP) per tooth at a Bogotá clinic. At Colombia Desk, we plan moves and trips to Medellín and Bogotá for foreigners, and we quote each dental price under the name of the clinic that published it. Two Medellín clinics list a single implant with abutment and crown at $1,200 to $1,500, and root canals run $140 to $400 depending on the clinic and the tooth.
Smile makeovers are quoted per tooth, so the total depends on how many teeth you treat and what each clinic includes. Some clinics list prices in United States dollars (USD) and others in pesos. Compare what each quote covers, such as 3D scans, temporary teeth and follow-up adjustments, before you compare totals.
Veneer and Implant Prices in Colombia
Each price below is the clinic’s own published list or “from” price, read on its website on October 18, 2026. Dental Tourism Colombia dates its Medellín list May 24, 2026 and its Cartagena list June 5, 2026. Dr. Roberto Granados marks his Bogotá list “Actualizado a 2026.” The other clinics do not date their prices. Your own price depends on the dentist’s exam and imaging.

Some clinics publish contradictory figures on their own sites. Colombia Care Dental displays a banner advertising porcelain veneers from $249, while the price table on the same page lists them from $275. Its dental crowns page features a header reading from $299, but lists IPS e.max crowns at $319 in the body text. Similarly, Veneer Studio quotes IPS e.max veneers at $300 and high-definition porcelain at $350 on its service list, while its website FAQ cites a broader range of $300 to $500. Dental Tourism Colombia charges $490 per porcelain veneer in Medellín, yet quotes $420 for the identical service at its Cartagena branch. When a clinic shows two figures, ask it to state the price that applies to you in the written quote.
On August 12, 2026, referral platform Molar City released a snapshot of advertised pricing across seven clinics in Medellín. That survey noted an unverified advertised spread of $249 to $8,000 per tooth for porcelain veneers, with a median of $440.
What Quotes for Veneers in Colombia Include
A dental quote in Colombia only reflects your true outlay if you verify whether diagnostic imaging, provisional restorations, and surgical adjustments are bundled into the unit price. Some clinics quote one all-in price, and others bill each clinical step on its own line.
Colombia Care Dental and Dr. Yazmín Escudero package their clinical fees into all-inclusive rates. Colombia Care Dental incorporates virtual consultations, smile-design simulations, scans, tooth preparation, an in-house lab, try-in sessions, bonding, bite adjustments, an aftercare kit, and airport transportation into its veneer pricing. Dr. Yazmín Escudero covers clinical evaluations, 3D scans, digital smile design, local anesthesia, temporary provisionals, and final bite calibration in her $345 per-tooth rate. Dr. Yazmín Escudero notes that gum therapy or root canals found during evaluation are quoted separately.
Other providers unbundle these services. Dental Tourism Colombia excludes bone grafts, protective membranes, sinus lifts, tooth extractions, and temporary restorations from its $1,500 implant package in Cartagena. The same operator bills diagnostics separately in Medellín, listing a computed tomography (CT) scan at $70 and a panoramic X-ray at $15. In Cartagena, it charges $90 for a 3D scan and $35 for a panoramic X-ray. Veneer Studio includes a deep cleaning, a protective mouth guard, and airport pickup in its full veneer package, but leaves hotel accommodation out of its base offering.
In Bogotá, Dr. Roberto Granados defines his published peso figures as reference ranges. His rates include diagnostic evaluations, necessary X-rays, primary materials, provisional teeth when applicable, clinical follow-ups, and written guarantees. Optional digital smile design adds COP 200,000 to COP 400,000 to the total bill.
To evaluate any quote accurately, confirm whether your treatment plan covers:
- Diagnostic imaging, including panoramic films and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans.
- Tooth preparation, local anesthesia, and temporary veneers or crowns while the permanent ones are made.
- Laboratory fabrication fees using named materials, such as Ivoclar IPS e.max lithium disilicate or ZirCAD Prime zirconia.
- Final bonding materials, clinical bite balancing, and follow-up adjustments.
- Surgical prep work, such as extractions ($105 per tooth at Colombia Care Dental), bone grafts ($350 at Dental Tourism Colombia to $1,000 per site at Veneer Studio), or sinus lifts ($600 at Colombia Care Dental; $1,830 bilateral at Dental Tourism Colombia).
Cost of Ten Porcelain Veneers in Colombia
Clinics price veneers per tooth, so ten veneers cost ten times the per-tooth rate unless the clinic publishes its own ten-veneer price.
At Colombia Care Dental, individual porcelain veneers range from $249 to $275. Ten units calculated at those base rates total between $2,490 and $2,750. The clinic publishes a package rate of $5,500 for a complete 20-veneer set, but does not list a dedicated ten-tooth package.
Dental Tourism Colombia publishes specific package tiers for its Medellín clinic. While a single porcelain veneer costs $490, the clinic advertises a package of 10 veneers for $4,600. That package reduces the effective price to $460 per unit. A 16-veneer package is priced at $7,400, and a 20-veneer package is listed at $8,000.
At Veneer Studio, IPS e.max porcelain veneers are listed at $300 each, so ten at that rate work out to $3,000. Its high-definition porcelain is $350 per tooth, or $3,500 for ten by the same math. The clinic advertises a 20-veneer package for $7,000, with a promotional rate of $6,000 valid through October 30, 2026.
Dr. Yazmín Escudero charges a flat $345 per tooth for IPS e.max porcelain veneers, which amounts to $3,450 for ten teeth. The clinic also advertises a 20-veneer set for $6,900. That full set includes three nights of hotel accommodation, ground transportation, and a bilingual treatment coordinator, with a required $300 non-refundable booking deposit. Flights remain excluded.
At Dr. Roberto Granados in Bogotá, ten feldspathic porcelain veneers cost between COP 8,000,000 and COP 13,000,000, based on his published per-tooth range of COP 800,000 to COP 1,300,000. Selecting lithium disilicate (IPS e.max) raises the unit price to between COP 1,000,000 and COP 1,600,000, yielding a total between COP 10,000,000 and COP 16,000,000 for ten teeth. Adding digital smile design increases the quote by COP 200,000 to COP 400,000.

Composite veneers cost less across published clinic lists. Ten composite veneers at Colombia Care Dental’s $119 starting rate work out to $1,190, and the clinic puts 20 at about $2,380. At Dental Tourism Colombia’s per-tooth rates, ten composite veneers work out to $2,500 in Medellín ($250 per tooth; its published 20-veneer price is $4,500) and $2,000 in Cartagena ($200 per tooth; 20 for $3,400). Bedharma Dental lists composite bonding at roughly $106 per tooth, putting ten teeth at approximately $1,060. At Dr. Roberto Granados in Bogotá, ten composite veneers at his COP 350,000 to COP 700,000 per-tooth range work out to COP 3,500,000 to COP 7,000,000.
Currency Billing and Clinic Price Variations
Some Colombian clinics publish prices in United States dollars and others in Colombian pesos. Colombia Care Dental and Dental Tourism Colombia publish their price lists in dollars. Other providers, including Dr. Roberto Granados and Medellín Dental Solutions, price their procedures in Colombian pesos. Bedharma Dental notes that its dollar prices are billed in pesos at the prevailing exchange rate.
Several dental practices choose not to publish pricing online at all. Facilities such as Dentinno in Bogotá, Luxe Smile in Medellín, and Smile Dental Center Medellín in El Poblado require prospective patients to submit photos or complete a consultation before issuing a quote. Smile Dental Center Medellín handles quotes through WhatsApp assessments.
Material changes the price at the same clinic. Dr. Roberto Granados lists feldspathic porcelain veneers at COP 800,000 to COP 1,300,000 per tooth and lithium disilicate (IPS e.max) at COP 1,000,000 to COP 1,600,000. In Medellín, Dental Tourism Colombia lists a metal-ceramic crown at $450 and a zirconia crown at $600. City changes it too: the same operator lists a porcelain veneer at $490 in Medellín and $420 in Cartagena.
Travel and Treatment Timelines Beyond Clinical Fees
Traveling to Colombia for dental treatment introduces logistical and accommodation costs that sit outside the clinical quote. Healing time between steps sets how long you stay and whether you need a second trip.
Porcelain veneer placement needs time for tooth preparation, lab work and final bonding. Colombia Care Dental structures porcelain veneer treatments across two clinical visits over two to five days. Colombia Care Dental completes composite cases using 3M Filtek Universal in two 90-minute sessions across two days, noting a typical material lifespan of five to eight years.
Dental Tourism Colombia’s Cartagena list splits an implant into two phases with healing time between them, so the work does not fit in one short trip there:
- Phase 1 is surgical placement of the implant post; extractions or bone grafts, if needed, are billed separately.
- A healing phase takes place before placing the final abutment and crown restoration.
- Phase 2 involves placing the abutment and securing the final porcelain or zirconia crown.
In Cartagena, Dental Tourism Colombia bills Phase 1 at $850 and Phase 2 at $650. At that clinic the two phases mean two trips, so budget for two round-trip flights, and ask any other clinic whether its implant plan needs one trip or two.
Dental Tourism Colombia’s Medellín list excludes flights, lodging and meals, and Dr. Yazmín Escudero’s 20-veneer set excludes flights. Her set does bundle three hotel nights and Veneer Studio includes airport pickup, but the rest of your travel costs are yours. For everyday trip costs, see our guide to the cost of living in Medellín. For lodging by neighborhood, see where to stay in Medellín.
Next Steps for Evaluating Quotes
Published prices are a starting point. Do not commit to a treatment plan until a dentist has examined your bite and your X-rays or scans. Request an itemized treatment proposal from any prospective provider that lists diagnostic fees, temporary teeth, exact ceramic materials, and written warranty terms on separate lines.
